Our Independent living senior communities are designed exclusively for seniors, generally those aged 55 and over. Our apartments are friendlier to older adults, being more compact with easier navigation and no maintenance or yard work to worry about.

While residents live independently, our communities offer some services such as exercise rooms, hair salons, community rooms and some on-site activities. Since independent living are geared towards older adults who need little or no assistance, we do not offer medical or nursing staff. We do offer 24 hour maintenance staff in case of an emergency with your apartments
